Barcelo Illetas Albatros - Adults Only Hotel, Illetas

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was amazing, with an incredible view and a stunning bedroom & suite with a hot tub. The staff were all lovely, helpful, and professional. The location, right on the Mediterranean Sea, was peaceful and in a pretty setting. The dining experience was great with stunning views across the water watching sailboats. The facilities were top-notch. However, some areas were a bit musty and not so clean, affecting my overall impression.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to Palma and Puerto Portals. The rooms, although a bit too modern for our taste, were always cool and comfortable. The service was excellent, with extremely friendly staff. The dining experience was outstanding. However, the rooms were not as soundproof as expected.

The hotel had rooms that were cleaned immaculately daily with fresh towels and bed remade. The rooms were very good, varied in quality, but always spotless and functional. The service, while hardworking to save money for the hotel, was sometimes rude and incompetent. The location was a quiet, well-serviced area of the island, though a bit far from the tourist spots. The dining experience offered a nice range of food but might get repetitive for full board guests. The facilities were great, including a pool on the waterfront and private beach.

The hotel offers well-equipped, comfortable, and stylish rooms, with the added bonus of some featuring balconies. The service is friendly and responsive, although there were occasional lapses in politeness. The location is convenient for various activities, despite minor overcrowding in the pool area. Dining options are varied and enjoyable, especially with fresh, made-from-scratch pizza available.
